EDI (Electro-deionization) is the most advanced technology of water treating in current international, using RO and EDI integrated process, It operates steadily, produces high-quality water, is designed modularly, need no acid-base reclaim, can reduce food-print and consumption, also reduce the costs of operating maintenance. Characteristics and Advantages of EDI system
The system can operate automatically, needs no chemical reclaim, saving acid and base; in order to prevent stem and pollution to reduce its operating life, EDI have certain requirements for inlet water quality, usually taking RO Permeable water as the inlet water. Proper anti-permeable RO water enters into EDI system via booster pump, the mixed ion exchange resin membrane stack of EDI will continuously exchange the anion, cation of water, however ionize the hydrone beside the anion membrane and cation membrane through electric current of membrane stack, to make it produce H+ and OH-, ionized H+ and OH- will reclaim mixed ion-exchange resin, meanwhile replaced anions,cation of formal water separately pass anion membrane and cation membrane to enter into concentrating compartment, part of concentrated water flows back to keep conductivity of concentrated water, and other part of concentrated water and electrlyte will goes into trench. The reclaiming progress of Electronics makes EDI system produce deionized water while no need to stop and no need traditional reclaiming equipment.
The equipment can take place of traditional ion exchange(DI), to produce ultrapure water, and the conductivity can reach to10-18.25MΩ.cm

Remarks
1.All data above are the technical parameters of Flom single stage reverse osmosis ultrapure water machine-FCR/FDY/FJY(01); if users’ feed water TDS values> 200PPm or need more water, Flom two stage reverse osmosis ultrapure water machine- FCR/FDY/FJY(02)will be a good choice.
2.If user has pure water or distilled water whose conductivity <10μs/cm, they can use FCR / FDY / FJY entering distilled water type ultrapure water machine, Its water production can reach 20-90 L/h, producing water quality parameters are the same with the ones in table above
