Color rockwool sandwich composite plates adopt rockwool with vertical filamentous fiber as core materials, color steel plate as surface layer, compressed by automatic continuous molding machine and then glued with high strength adhesive. Because both color steel plate and sandwich rockwool are non-combustible, its fireproof performance is very good.

1.Sandwich Panel is composed by three layers;
2.The upper and bottom sheets of this panel are zinc-plated & color-coated steel sheets, with specific core material. The panels are formed by laminating and pressing with 2 components PU glue through forming machinery;
3.The sandwich panel has been a new type of multi-purpose construction material. It is featured with temperature keeping, hot & sound insulation, water-proof and fire-resistant functions as well as light weight and decorative application. It is widely used as the wall or roof for industrial or residential buildings, such as cold storages, industrial workshops, prefabricated houses, etc.

Core Materials Options: Polystyrene (EPS), Polyurethane (PU), and Rockwool
Type One: Polystyrene Sandwich panel (also called EPS Sandwich Panel)
Type Two: Polyuthane Sandwich panel (also called PU Sandwich Panel)
PS: Polyurethane is the best for temperature keeping and sound insulation among three types of core materials. It is most widely used as the wall or roof for cold storages.
Type Three: Rockwool Sandwich panel
PS: Rockwool is featured with full best fire-resistance among three types of core materials, and with more heating & sound insulation than EPS. It is widely used as industrial workshops and warehouses for inflammable products, etc.
