Equipment Description:
- Designed into modularity, is a kind of high cost-effective ultrapure water machine, can satisfy customers “Good function, Favorable price”.
- Because of its advanced modular processing steps (pretreatment, reverse osmosis, deep ion desalination, ultrafiltration, UV lamp), Producing water is far superior to the water intended for lab requirements of National standard GB/T6682 -2008.
- Can satisfy the strict requirements of ultrapure water for the majority of physical and chemical laboratories.
Water system characteristics and advantages:
1 Automatic microcomputer control system, 5.1 inches LCD touch screen, powerful while only six touch keys. animation displays friendly.
2One machine can produce two or three kind of water: 3rd Type2nd Type1st Type laboratory water (quality is optional).
3 Three ways online monitoring, monitor the inlet waterRO waterultra pure water quality in real time.
4 Online testing of PH, TOC.
5 Full-auto complete machine sterilization.
6 Timing auto/manual cleaning; it’ll alarm if full of water; auto stop when short of water, auto inner cycle, auto detection of faults.
7 When turning it on, the equipment will quickly reach to 18.25MΩ/cm @ 25 °C stable water quality, water saving,energy-saving,time-saving.
8 Specially setting up two-stage passwords: factory’s and customer’s, system settings are protected by passwords to prevent unauthorized modifies.
9 Showing usage of consumables and the remaining time, auto-remind of due replacing consumables, to avoid decline of water quality.
10 Communication with computer (optional).
11 We specially set function: Get water in fixed time and fixed quality.
(time: 1-99min; fixed quality:0.1-18 .2 MΩ-cm).
12 Menu switch between Chinese and English.
13 All pipelines have been certified by NSF, Bran-new quick plug-in connector, modularity, more convenient to replace and maintain filter columns.
14Key accessories are imported from International brands and they’re controlled automatically by microcomputer.

2If user has pure water or distilled water with conductivity <10μs/cm, they can use FCR / FDY / FJY entering distilled water type ultrapure water machine, Its water production can reach 20-90 L/h,and the producing water parameters are the same with the ones in the table above.
3 If users consume water more than 200 L/h, Flom Industrial series (ultra)pure water system will be a better choice. If users need more water production equipments, please contact us.
