Features of Type TL-QDJ-WS /TB The Cutter made of leading technology droved and controlled by servo motor and PLC coded program checking and feedback the length and speed parameters of the clay column continuous extruded, then cutting it to fixed length synchronously. For its unique design and technical know-how, the cutter is absolute superior to other traditional cutters in 6N+2L+3H features listed below. Its way of working is different from the Type TL-QDJ-LS/TB by horizontal conveying tiles & cutting, so it is suitable for larger size of tiles and bricks, especially the ceramic-plate etc. The max length and width of the ceramic-plate to be cut can reach to 2000mm and 700mm separately.
