Features of Type TL-QDJ-A The Auto Cutter Type TL-QDJ-A is specially designed and made for wet-clay split tiles cutting process with leading technique. The main feature of this machine is the extraordinary auto overturning & cutting mechanism, which perfect designed and made with technique know-how, controlled by adopting the auto-PLC control, photoelectric sensor switch control, pneumatic operate, and 100x40 man-machine interface liquid crystal display panel which can dynamically display or set the parameters of the machine such as operating procedure, fault pointing out, best operating time index, single work shift production capacity accumulation etc. The machine runs smoothly and automatically without man-made error or any surface default through whole process working, including several steps of stood conveyed feeding, rough cutting, pushing forward, and overturning the rough-cut tiles from stood to horizontal level, and then cutting it to size with chamfered edges or carved-marks when needed. All these ensure efficient and high quality when matched with TL Series Vacuum Extruder, which makes its performance being in a superior position among the same kind.
