Features of Type TL-QDJ-L Its way of working is different from the Type TL-QDJ-A or B without turning, but just conveying straightforward and horizontal cutting, another difference is it suitable to work for larger size (such as larger width) of tiles and bricks. The Max. length and width of the tiles to be cut can reach to 1200mm and 460mm separately. The main feature of this machine is the extraordinary conveying & cutting mechanism, which perfect designed and made with technique know-how. It needs only 3.75 seconds to go though whole process working, including several steps of clay column being conveyed, rough cut to the length of beforehand fixed (such as L=1300mm), pushed to cutter and then exact cut to size. It runs smoothly, efficiently and automatically when matched with TL-CXJ-B or C Vacuum Extruder. All these make its performance being in a superior position among the same kind. | |
