Features of Type TL-PZJ series The Hydraulic Splitting Machine Type TL-PZJ series is specially designed and made for green split tiles splitting or breaking process with leading technique. It has function of splitting or breaking for the pressed-forming and before-fired green tiles to get natural and individual and much more characteristic surface of split tiles, such as mountain-like or crag-like surface. The machine works automatically droved by hydraulic system and controlled by PLC with 100x40 liquid crystal display panel adjusting the breaking point and force and frequency for the tiles, the cutters breaking action can be several times continuously when worked on the tile each time. Which ensures high efficient and qualified production with easy handling structured and much low reject rate, except working for special split tiles, it can also used for the splitting process of normal after-fired split tiles.
