Specifications
HDPE fittings are made of HDPE pipe by means of thermo-welding technology. the diameter range is 30mm-1600mm.
HDPE fittings are used to make a connection between two pipes or between a pipe and any type of fitting or equipment component. HDPE are also used for dismantling piping systems, temporary or mobile installations, transitions between dissimilar materials
Water supply and fuel gas transport. the system for drainage and sewage and many others whose tempratue does not exceed 40 degree
Temerature for hot-melting connection is 200-210 degree, when apply this method, only hot melting butt equipment is required, and the procedures are as followed:
1. Put the pipe on the clamp of welder, clamp tightly
2. Clean the connection end of pipr, mill the joint face smooth
3. Align the two butt parts, their end face misplacement value cannot be beyond 10% of tje wall thickness
4. Heat them on heating plate
5. Finished heating, withdraw the heating plates
6. Joint the two heating surface immediately, add pressure to required melting value, dwell and cooling
