Processing Equipment and Scene
Introduction and show of Equipment
Series JY straightening machine, this machine is mainly used for precision straightening and calendering for the bar after peeling or grinding and rough pre-straightening for the black bar.
Due to calendering and straightening can be completed at the same time, so that the working efficiency is high.
The machine adopts sepcial curve between upper and lower concave and convex two straightening rolls to realize calendering and straightening at the same time.
There are three structures,including two-beams and four-columns structure, prestressed structure and frame structure.
