Round steel bar automatic production line
1. 1 set prestraightening machine + 1 set peeling machine + 1 set precision straightening machine(see the above left-hand picture)

Cylinder Processing Equipment
CNC skiving roller burnishing machine
1. it can process inner diameters from Ø40 to Ø250 and the lengths of 1.5m, 2m, 3m, 4m, 6m, 9m, and 10m
2. Processing speed is nearly 20 times that of honing.
3. Processing precision can reach level IT8, and surface roughness can reach Ra0.05-0.4μm.
CNC piston rod polishing machine
it mainly applied to polish before and after the plating of piston rods by pass-type dyr polishing.
1. 6 sets polishing heahs, including the first 4 sets are multi-leaf wheels, the fifth set is linen wheel and the sixth set is cotton wheel.
2. SIEMENS Brand: color touch screen, frequency converter, and PLC, etc.

4. high precision, roughness Ra0.2~0.85 μm
