A disc granulator is a kind of molding machine used for making materials into different shapes.It is regularly used in chemical petrochemical,food production, building material,environmental protection,rubber and plastic product manufacturing industries.This disc granulator is also suitable for granulation of organic fertilizer.
The disk of our disk granulator is designed with three discharging holes,which is convenient of intermittent production work.This largely reduces labor intensity and increased working efficiency.
The reducer and motor our disc granulator are both driven by flexible belt,Which ensures stable start, reduced impact force and longer service life.
Thickened and strengthened base provides our granulator with stable operation.
The granulator disk is lined with glass reinforced plastics,which is anti-corrosive and durable.
