alibaba china paper bowl machine makes both one-side-PE-film-coated and two-side PE-film-coated
paper bowls after running a whole procedure of automatic pre-printed-fan-shape-paper feeding,
two-step pre-heating, bowl-side-body sealing(ultrasonic wave), silicone-oil lubricating(for top curling),
bottom punching,two-step bottom heating, bottom pre-folding, bottom knurling, top curling and bowl
discharging.
It is an ideal equipment of making soup paper bowls, noodle bowls, bigger paper cups and other
large food cone-shaping containers etc.

Advantages
(1) Adopt 140# Index Gear Box for paper bowl machine, Normal one is 125 type.
140# type is much bigger and stronger than 125 type.
(2) We use two Index Gear Box (one is 140#, another one 100#), normally one gear box
is used in the paper bowl machine. 2-Gear Box keep the machine more stable.
(3) As showed above, we use two tension bars, while normally one is used.
Two make this part balanced, it will not swing after a long time.
Paper bowl machine competitive advantages:

(1)125# gear box,
We use 125 type gear box, which has two years warranty.
Normally, 100 type gear box is used.
v 125 type is much bigger and stronger than 100 type.
v 100 type gear box, if used for one year, is easier to have problem.
The gear box is very important to the machine. It control the whole machine, if there are some problems with these two parts, then, you have to change the gear box. In this case, the machine should be taken apart, because it is inside the machine. It takes much time, and sometimes you cannot install the machine correctly. So it is necessary to use better gear box.
(2) The frame of the machine
The frame of new machine is thicker which can bear more weight than thinner one. So when the machine works it is more stable.

Printing Step: The Pe coated paper should be printed with different design and different color. So when we make the paper, there will be beautiful design with logo on the cups.
Cutting Step: In this step, you should decide the size of the cup, so we can cut the paper fan in decided size.
Paper Forming Step: You should put the paper fan on the machine, so the paper fan could be folded by the paper cup machine. Then the paper cups are formed, we can use the cups and enjoy delicious drinks.
