Specifications
It is a semi-automatic machine for processing straight bevel gear controlled by PLC.It is a semi-automatic machine for processing straight bevel gear, applicable to batching and small-scale manufacturing of automobile, tractor, aviation and machine tools.
It uses two standard gear cutters and applies the theory of “ Imagined Flat Gear” in processing. Both of the fine and rough cutting can be carried out on this machine. Whe applying the rough cutting means, switch the button to "Rough Cutting” position and lock the swing lock tightly to prevent its rolling cutting movement. While carrying out the fine cutting, switch the button to “Fine Cutting” position and release the swing lock to allow the mutual rolling between the cutter and the gear blank. After each cutting action, the gear blank will exit from the cutting position, and the swing table will return rapidly. At the same time, the dividing mechanism automatically turns to next teeth cutting position. The machine will stop automatically after all the gear is cutting over. The machine is controlled by PLC.
