1. Detailed Product Description of Gold Washing Trommel
It is a kind of combined gold mining machine , designed especially for clayed soil which is contained in the raw material, includes sieving, separating through trammel, sluice and extraction gold progress. It is with wheel type chassis, can be driven by vehicles and move easily.
2. Features of Gold Washing Plant
1. The diesel engine will be started automatically by the storage battery and the starter button. Simply push the button, the diesel starts automatically.
2. When the diesel engine starts, the speed reducer and trommel won't start with the diesel, there is a clutch between the diesel engine and the speed reducer. When the diesel engine runs freely, then put through the clutch, the speed reducer and trommel runs.
3. There is a small generator which can produce electricity, it charges the storage battery, also can connect a small lamp with the voltage of 36V.
4. There is a directive wheel in the front wheel of the trommel, so the mobile can make turns freely
5. There is a adjustment gear in the chain, when the chain is loose, it can be adjusted easily.
6. There are ladders each side of the mobile trommel, people can get on the top of the trommel to check easily.
7. Strong water pump for mineral ore washing, such as gold, sand, etc.
8. With large size hopper for feeding.
9. With dust-proof device.
10 With belt conveyors and auto-clean systems for compost sifting.

4. Overview
Using excavator to feed raw material to the hopper ,then, they flow into double trommel , big stones and pebble can be separated and flow outside of the equipment, mineral aggregate with gold whose diameter is less than 6mm can enter into the beneficiation sluice through inner trammel screen,there is a fixed and high extraction ratio gold felt sluice in one side of the beneficiation sluice to extract gold particle. The machine is equipped with big flow capacity and big head water pump, can supply high pressure water for hopper, trammel, the mineral aggregate with gold will flow through the gold felt in the effect of self weight and waterpower ,lighter mud or sand will be washed away and big specific gravity gold is left on the gold felt.

Top: feeding hopper- feeding port of trommel—support wheel for trommel—transmission chain wheel—trommel—stern chassis
Bottom;main engine room—diesel engine—reduction gearbox—pump belt pulley—-water pump
Main engine room—diesel engine—reduction gearbox—bearing bracket—driving belt wheel—secondary reduction gearbox—universal coupling—sprocket driving wheel—trammel chain wheel
Equipment chassis: double grider frame steering wheel—main load wheel
Flush water pipeline: water pump—water pipeline in hopper—pipelines outside and inside of the trammel.
6. Warranty
for main equipment, such as pump, reduction gearbox, diesel engine, gearbox are 12months.
