The tube and pipe internal polishing machine consists of:
Main body: The main body. ie. the welded steel structure of the machine guarantees its stability,safty and long woking life.
Workpiece fixer: It’s purpose is to fix the steel tube(workpiece) in order for the polishing wheel to aim at and enter the tube .
Buffing head & linear moving system: The speed is regulated by Stepless gear motor.The flexible shaft with a buffing head attached at the end moves back and forth driven by chains driven by motor,the buffing head rotating inside the tube.
Feeding device and Unloading device: Automatical control of feeding,positioning and unloading of the workpiece achieved by linear guideway driven by air cylinder
Height adjustment device:By elevating or lowing the workpiece fixer to ensure the same centre height of the work piece and buffing head.
