2 composition: It is usually made up of the loading trolley, unreeling machine, pallet pressing device, the body part of leveling machine, active bridge, guiding corrective device, dimension machine, laminating device, plate cutter, conveying machine table, pneumatic layout shelf, hydraulic lifting material stacker machine, material carrying raceway platform and hydraulic system, electronic control system, etc., and cooperate with active PLC control.
3 Specification: the hydraulic, pneumatic and electronic control, and also the dimension system are international famous brands. This equipment is mainly used to manufacture the cold-rolled carbon steel plate rolling, stainless and nonferrous metals plate rolling, etc., and level cut to length the plate rolling with demanding surface like the metal aluminum when equipped with sextuple leveler. According to customer's requirements, the leveling can use levelers of the primary and the high class to straight; plate cutters can be equipped with common machine or hydraulic machine, electromagnetic clutch or pneumatic clutch; high speed gate typed cutter with pneumatic clutch to deliver power, move tracking cut and rotary flying shear. The function of this equipment can be extended in greater range if matched with the relevant molding machine.
