Concrete Mixer Introduction:
JS series concrete mixer is compulsory twin-shafts concrete mixer, which is composed of feeding system, discharging system, water supply system and electrical system and mainly used to produce commodity concrete, such as hard concrete, plastic concrete, fluid concrete, various mortars, etc.
The twin-shafts concrete mixer can not only work independently, but also can be adopted as the mixer in the concrete batching plant. The concrete twin shaft mixer has the advantages like high efficiency, good mixing, easy to install, no leakage problem, less maintenance work, etc.
Concrete Mixer Features:
1. Short mixing time, good homogeneity and reliable operation.
2. Shaft tip is sealed by floating-ring, which is reliable and easy to maintain and replace.
3. Working condition: Road, Bridge & Precast product for factory, work independently or be used with correspond batching machine as a mini-type concrete plant.
4. Discharge system: Hydraulic & manual mode, drive reposefully and low noise.
5. Inside Mixer: Liner and mixer blade adopts high rigidity wear resistant steel (long service life).
