3. Introduction for hydraulic ironworker
DIW-200 series Hydraulic Ironworker is widely used in steel structure, high voltage tower, telecommunication tower, large rigid frame bridge, military and air craft and other metal fabricating industries. It also can be used in vocational school for teaching purpose.
The Ironworker featuring multiple functions, including: punching all kinds of holes (round hole, square hole, oblong hole), louver punching, profile steel shearing (channel shearing, I-beam shearing, round/square bar shearing, T-bar shearing, steel plate shearing, angle steel shearing), notching, press brake, angle bending. We can design any special tools according to your metal fabricating requirements.
Free standing on suitable floor, the ironworker machines just require electrical connection to be ready for work. For two operator utilization, the hydraulic system is activated by two shielded for switch control, one operating the punching end cylinder, the other operating shearing end cylinder, the shear cylinder provides the power to three shearing stations and notching station.
The universal machines are supplied with standard tools include support table at punching, shearing and notching stations:
a 1 set of round hole die
b 1 set of steel plate shearing blade
c 1 set of angle shearing blade
d 1 set of channel shearing blade
e 1 set of notching blade
The above moulds will be installed in the machine, safety guards are also fitted as standard on all working stations. For other dies and blades, customers need to order and pay additionally.
Machine includes 1 movable magnetic base low volts halogen light, 1meter long touch and cut rule length stop back gauge. Fine adjustment facility to punch stroke and measuring scale in the notching table. Limit switches at both ends of the machine control stroke length at all stations.
4. Advantage for hydraulic ironworker
DIW-200 E series is improved machine on the base of standard DIW series. It also goes along with 5 set of blades. But the profile shearing and plate shearing work position is automatic. There is automatic holding system in profile shearing and plate shearing work position- the holders will fix the position of workpiece, in this way, the accuracy is better and more safety for workers meanwhile save time and Improve working efficiency. In addition, there is temperature cooling system with machine- Through the temperature monitoring screen you can read the temperature of oil, 55 degree is our default configuration, once the machine is working, oil temperature goes higher than 55, the cooling system inside will run automatically to decrease temperature in order to protect machine.
DIW-200 L series is improved machine on the base of standard DIW-E series. It also goes along with 5 set of blades, automatic holding system and temperature cooling system. At the same times, punching position and shearing position can work synchronously.
