Description of wear debris sensor
GXDC series is a kind of advanced full flow online oil metal particle sensor, ferromagnetic metal and non-ferromagnetic metal particles entering the lubricating oil after wear of the mechanical parts, it provides real-time detection and quantitative analysis of the particles, for possible failure to provide reliable early warning indication. Metal detector scanning reliability from its simple maintenance-free design, install and simple to use, does not require cleaning and no false alarms.
Fault Monitoring and diversity: The sensor develop a threshold determination of failure, combined with the engine, gearbox and other specific operating conditions, can help determine the presence or absence of fault, fault location, fault degree, failure mode and the type of fault.
