Hydraulic Double-mold Rubber Tyre Vulcanizing Press
l Usage
The hydraulic press/conveyor belt vulcanizer/plate vulcanizing press is used to vulcanize common rubber conveyor belt, nylon conveyor belt, PVG conveyor belt, steel wire core conveyor belt fabric core parallel adhesive tape.
l About the machine
1.PLC is used in the control system of mainframe that can meet multi-program automatic control,and platen temperature can be measured and adjusted automatically during the course of curing.
2.This machine is equipped with high and low pressure oil pumps directly driven by the motor.
3.The motor is started by magnetic starter. The thermal relay installed inside is used as overload protector. When the motor is overloaded or in fault, the machine will stop automatically.
