Hot vulcanizing machine
Usage
Vulcanizing machine is suitable for a variety of vulcanized rubber products, a variety of advanced thermoset compression molding pressing equipment. Vulcanizing machine has two heating steam electric type, mainly by the host, hydraulic system, electric control system has three major components, the fuel tank installed in the host left alone, free from the influence of temperature hot plate; operated valve installed on the host on the left, the workers easy operation, visual spacious. Vulcanizing separate electrical control box mounted on the right side of the host. Electric hot plate at each type has 6 heating pipes, the total power of 2.4KW, 6 pcsheating tube is not equally spaced, each section of each heater power range, which can ensure uniform temperature hot plate, hot plate temperature automatic control, high precision temperature control, processing products of good quality. Can not afford to pressure, no leakage, low noise, precision - high operational flexibility.
