1.Usage
Mainly used to vulcanize the rubber products, such as sealing ring,shock pad,shoe sole,sealing strips,rubber powder floor tile and floor,auto spare parts,mechanical equipment rubber parts and other rubber parts;the material contains:Silicone rubber,Fluororubber,Natural rubber,Regenerated synthetic rubber and rubber powder,etc.
2.Performance Feather
Using PC or manual control,reliable performance,high degree of automation,avoid accidents caused by wrong operation.
Process lock,the operator cannot be changed without authorization,to guarantee the quality of products to the greatest extent,is set to automatically open mould in advance,automatic vent,automatic filling pressure,automatically timing,automatically fall mold,and other functions.
The electric heating type adopts digital display(pointer)temperature control,temperature control and display the heating plate.There are manual,automatic,electric three modes for your choice.
3.Product Introduction
a.Cylinder and plunger use high wear-resistant QT cast iron through grinding for fine finishing,and through high pressure and hydraulic resistance against permeation experiment to prevent the machine defects caused by the cylinder and plunger oil linkage.
b.Hot plate is made of 45# high quality steel plate for finish machining.Both surface of hot plate are all after surface grinding process,to ensure the depth of parallelism of the two surface which can ensure the uniformity of thickness evenly to the greatest extent.
c.Thermal baffle adopts new type thermal insulation material whose compression resistance is not lower than 400kg/cm²,the thermal conductivity is 0.18Kal/(m*h*℃),the temperature resistance is 220℃-250℃ and the thickness is 20mm,in order to solve the issue of local compression deformation and poor thermal insulation due to the use of rubber asbestos.
