4. Principle of operation of
Waste-heat Regeneration Compressed Air Dryer
ADO is a new type adsorption dryer.It is neither belong to heat regenerative type ,nor heatless regenerative type.It is belong to temperature swing adsorption.
It is using heat energy of the high temperature exhaust from the air compressor to heat the regenerative desiccant and make the adsorbent regeneration.
So ADO can use itself 's resource and make the energy saved.
ADO is 2 towers structure.
The 2 towers are full filled with adsorbent.When one is used to drying,another is used for desorption.
ADO consist 2 alternate using adsorption tower, one set of muffler, one set of air cooler,one set of vapor-liquid separator,one set of switching valve,one set of control system and air source treatment system,optional auxiliary heating system.,etc
