1.Application Of The Equipment
It mainly used for thermal refining ,sheeting ,plasticating and mixing of the rubber.
2.Structure Features
1. The roller is made of alloy chilled cast iron, which the surface stiffness and abrasion resistance is higher than general chilled iron roller, two roller hollow inner cavity spray type, roll surface temperature uniformity.
2. For nylon watts or ball bearing, roller bearing structure of dry oil or thin oil lubrication.
