1.Usage

 It is mainly used for rubber&plastic plasticating,mixing,pelleting and small sample test or small production.

2.Structure feature

a.the roller is composed of alloy chilled cast iron. Its surface hardness and wear-resistance are all better than general chilled cast iron.The roller temperature adjustment is hollow spray type and the temperature of roller surface is uniform.

b.rollor axle uses ball bearing.

c.The rollor distance adjusting device uses worm and worm gear drive and it is very easy to operate.

d.It sets emergency stop device to ensure safe operation.

e.The machine can be equiped with automatic folding rubber device.If you needed it,you could rase a claim when you order the equipment.
