It mainly used for rubber,plastic and chemical material , plastication and mixing,suitable for shoes materials, chemical raw materials ,ties,seals,conveyor belt and other rubber&plastic industry.

2.Touch surface of rotor,chamber,discharge door,ram and others contacting with mixing rubber is plated with chrome or wear-resistant hard metal.
3.The floating weight is falling type, driven by gear and hydraulic oil tank with good sealing performance..
4.Various driving system has many advantages for transmission steadily long life, low noise.
5.Control system is adopted with PLC system. Which can ensure the safety and comfort of the operation.
