Usage
for rubber plasticize, mixing and mix with accessory ingredient. This kneader can be used with open rubber mixing mil, ruber sheet cooling machine.
Main components
1 Rubber press device: squeeze the rubber material to the kneader room and keep the presure of mixing.
2 Feeding device: for the operature putting material and ingredient to the mixing room.
3 Sealing device: knead the material in the kneader room.
4 End face seal device: avoid rubber material, carben black and ingredient gaving away.
5 Unload and lock device: lower top peg is part of the seal cavity of mixing room, this device discharges the rubber materials in intermission.
6 Pedestal: the fundamental of the kneader machine, stand the whole weight of the machine.
