2.Product overview
LB-SW100 laser stripping machine is the newly developed and integrated multi-functions laser stripping machine. Totally new processing mode can meet various requirements.
3. Advantages
Used specifically for core sheath stripping with adjustable dimensions and positions, in particular, specific to multi-stage mid-stripping and window opening. The core wire can be stripped at one time without mechanical or manual pull-away. Compared to conventional method, it exponentially improved the efficiency.
- Adopt dual tube and double optical path design, so as to output light with elevated efficiency.
- Use two sets of high-speed driving system to achieve high processing precision and reduce noise level.
- Use industrial personal computer and professional software to arbitrarily set and adjust processing dimensions and positions. Processing data can be arbitrarily saved.
- Be able to adjust upper and lower laser head focusing in line with the tool size. The accessible and adjustable structure can be precisely adjusted with the aid of staff gauge.
The insulation performance of conductor makes no changes before and after laser stripping.
The machine can be also used for aluminum foil slitting.
4.Application Material & field:
Materials: Filament, mini-filament coaxial cables, electronic cable industry and HDMI, USB, DVI, DP, SATA, SFP and other aluminum foil and corn wire stripping ,etc.
Fields: non-metallic materials, including polyvinyl chloride, glass fiber, polyester, polyester film, nylon, polyethylene, fluoride, silicon resin, other different hardness high temperature resistant insulating materials.
