Angelon Quartz Sand Color Sorting Machine is widely used in quartz sand processing industry. The machine can be used to separate quartz sand with good quality and bad quality. It is normally applied after crashing of quartz stones. After soting by Angelon color sorting machine, the value of quartz sand will be highly improved.

Main Principle of the machine
1. Raw minerals distributd evenly to the belt of machine by vibrating feeder, and then the belt will convey material to
sorting area in constant speed.
2. When material depart from the belt making a parabolic motion, the optical sensor will scan and detect the material.
3. If the detected item has the same color parameter as set in the software, signals will be sent to the ejector valve system.
4. The corresponding ejector will reject the item by high pressure air.
