Specification:
(1Oblique structure, dual electric, IC programmable control, touch panel, the screen printing plate Lift aslant up and down, the machine head move front and back.
(2)Steel Printing Girder, Machine head, Screen Printing Plate Arm, Aluminium Sliding Sleeve
(3Variable frequency motor drive printing knife rest, quadrate linear precision guide rail, adjusts the speed and stroke independently.
(4)Lift Reduction Gears made in Taiwan drive screen printing plate lift up and down, move stably.
(5There are high accurate grinding hardness platform and adsorption hole on it; It is equipped with precision adjusting handle and accurate chromatography. The work table can be lifted up and down.
(6)Sino-foreign joint venture Vacuum aspirator pump, powerful vacuum absorption can guarantee
the precise multi-color chromatography.
(7)There are three printing models (such as manual model, semi-auto model, and full-auto model)
and double scraper printing model. You can print many times. Printing time can be controlled by digit (1-9seconds);
(8Design front screen printing plate clamps independently, it’s very easy to clean ,
load and unload screen printing plate, squeegee and ink-return blade;
(9It is equipped with screen space regulating device around screen printing arm lock
and adjust conveniently.
(10)The angle of printing and ink-return can be adjustable.
It is equipped with pneumatic synchronization snap-off device.
