Vertical Flat Screen Printing Machine
Application:
FCB flexible & steel circuit board, SMT solders paste, IMD, touch panel,
Mobile phone lens, electric products, precision scutcheon, appliqué, advertising decoration
and flat screen printing of other high precision products
Main Features
(1)Vertical structure, dual electro motion, PLC controlled, halftone move up and down vertically,
machine nose move left and right.
(2)Cast aluminum: main printing beam, sliding sleeve, machine nose, halftone arm
(3)Inverter motor drive printing knife shelf, precision square linear rail guide guiding, adjust speed and stroke independently
(4) Lifting gear drive of halftone from Taiwan moves up and down smoothly .
(5)The overall grinding high strength and hardness platform, uniform suction hole, with attached precision fine-tuning , chromatography of convenience .
(6)Sino-foreign joint venture strength vacuum pump, vacuum strength to ensure the accurate multi-color chromatography .
(7)With manual / semi / fully automatic three kinds of print modes, automatic printing time is controlled by digital indirectly (1 ~ 9 seconds)
(8)Independent design of the machine nose lifting devices, squeegee /ink -return blade,
Halftone installing and cleaning is easy .
(9)Linear slide is installed mesh folder arm left and right, frame distance adjustment device, easy adjustment
(10)The angle of printing & ink-return blade can be adjusted, with pneumatic synchronization snap-off device .
