The details thus :
D2for 400,000 gallons from PDVSA Venezula . This fuel is the excess in tanks from the allocation that has been lifted.
This excess is being sold on first come, first serve basis.The condition for lifting is that the Lifting Vessel has to be a Supply Vessel, with a 4" pipe intake to tanks to ensure that the 400,000 gallon quantity is lifted within the alloted time Window.
Procedures:
1.Buyer send Q88
2.You will be given a loading date , time , place that will be mutually agreed on by the seller and buyer .
3.Vessel is brought into Port , loaded in the given time load window, as window is time specific.
4.Vessel Captain verifies the quantity of fuel loaded on board and gives the Okay for the quantity loaded then Payment into the account number provided for payment
