Water desalination processes separate dissolved salts and other minerals from water. Feedwater sources may include brackish, seawater, wells, surface (rivers and streams), wastewater, and industrial feed and process waters. Membrane separation requires driving forces including pressure (applied and vapor), electric potential, and concentration to overcome natural osmotic pressures and effectively force water through membrane processes. As such, the technology is energy intensive and research is continually evolving to improve efficiency and reduce energy consumption.

Our seawater desalination are manufactured to eliminate a large amount of salts and other minerals from seawater using RO. Our machine does the desalination by employing a high-pressure pump to salty water forcing it through special seawater desalination membranes denying salts and other organics from flowing through.

The membranes are only tasked to remove dissolved solids while dividing the feed water into purified water and rejected concentrated salts. The salts and other organics are thrown into the brine stream then flushed into a drain. At the end we have purified water that has 99% less dissolved salts. These sea water RO systems have the power to purify extremely high TDS water.

Seawater RO systems are usable anywhere from yachts to municipalities. It’s important to choose the correct materials of construction to handle seawater (which is highly corrosive).

The above machine which we supply it to you, we can give you one years after sales warranty, we can also send our engineer to you factory to install this equipment and train your staff, but the Buyer should pay the round air ticket cost and arrange the hotel accommodation as well as the means for Seller’s engineer. We will send some free set of spare parts for you change it.
