Focus on process quality & stage inspection. We are professional manufacturer of forgings and have 10 year's forgings export experience.
For the forging,the material of our capability include all kinds of steel(like CC/CS/Martensitic Steel/Duplex SS) Our company is ISO9001:2008 Certified for the production & sevice of forging steel parts of valves & flanges and design. All procedures of making included heat-treatment are completed in our own forged shop,heat-treatment shop and machining shop.
1.The forgings are made of the material ASTM A350 LF2-2009. 2.Minimum reduction ratio of product is 4:1. 3.Heat-treament :Q+T 4.The mechanical property is carried out at lab authorized National. Yield=565Mpa,Tensile=711Mpa,Elongation=25%,Reduction=70% Headness(Avg)=221HB. 5.Impact Charpy V-NOTCH at -46c: 120J Avg.(Specimen 10x10x55mm) 6.The visual & dimension & hardness on component are inspected & tested. 7.All procedures of production are recorded & traceability and offer the 3.1certificate. 8.According to customer demand,we would carry out the Intermational Third-Party Inspection(TPI) and offer EN10204 3.2 Certificate. 9.UT & MPT are witnessed by BVIS OF TPI as per ASME A388 & ASME B16.34 10.The integral test bars for mechanical property are taken from location of forings. |
