We have our own forging shop,machining shop,heat treatment shop and provide you the relative reports.
We'd like to provide you EN 10204-2008 Type-3.1 certification,the details of which are as following.
1Chemical composition(C,Mn,P,S,Si,Cr,Ni,Mo,Cu,Cb,V,CE)
2Heat treament(quenched&tempered,normalized&tempered,normalized)
3Mechanical properties(tensile strength,yield strength,elongation,reduction of area)
4Impact test
5Hardness(reference:ASTM A370)
Dimension report will be sent to you.
Ultrasonic test (100%UT reference:Testing Standard: ASTM A388 Acceptance Standard: ASME B16.34 APPENDIX IV)
3.2 certification & Third Part Inspection(TPI) are allowed as per your requirements.

Test block taken from forging for mechnical property will be shipped along with your goods.
