  1. The forgings are made of the material ASTM A350 LF2-2009.
  2. Minimum reduction ratio of product is 4:1.
  3. Heat-treament:Q+T
  4. The mechanical property is carried out at lab authorized National.
  5. Yield=325Mpa, Tensile=495Mpa, Elongation=29%, Reduction=76.5% Headness(Avg)=149HB
  6. Impact Charpy V-NOTCH at -46°C:120J Avg.(Specimen 10x10x55mm)
  7. The visual & dimension & hardness on component are inspected & tested.
  8. All procedures of production are recorded & traceability and offer the 3.1 certificate.
  9. According to customer demand,we would carry out the international Third-Party Inspection(TPI) and offer EN10204 3.2 Certificate.
  10. UT & MPT are witnessed by BVIS OF TPI as per ASME A355 & ASME B16.34
  11. The integral test bars for mechanical property are taken from location of forings.
