Cassava is a sub-shrubs,perennials.Tuberous roots were cylindrical,of different varieties,tuber number and thincknessdifferences. It is staple foor for African countries and it is very important for them. The cassava root contains a high amount of starch containing proteins, fats and ash is rarely accounted for 25% to 32%, the starch content of fresh cassava tuber. About 25% starch may be realized from matore and good quality tubers.Bout 60% starch may be obtained from dry cassava chips and about 10% dry pulp may be realized per 100kg of cassava roots.

- Bizoe Cassaava Starch production STEPS are: Peeling and Cleaning--Crushing--Filtering--Concentration and Refining--Dehydration--Drying--Screening--Packing etc,.
- Bizoe Cassava Starch Production Capacity: 1-60t/day.
The Pictures Of profesional yam starch production line :
1.Washing & Peeling Section: To remove the stone, sand or soil from the fresh cassava root, and peel it. (The peel of cassava is poisonous.)
2.Crushing Section: To make the starch out from the cassava. With advaned technology, our machine can make the 98% starch out from the cassava.
3.Filtering Section: To remove the sand and residues and milk from the wet starch.
4.Concentrating & Refining Section: To refine, concentrate and whiten the starch, and remove the yellow from the starch milk.
5.Dehydration Section: To remove the water in the starch milk. After dewatering, the water content of wet starch will be 40%.
6.Drying Section: To make the wet starch with 40% water be 13% water dry starch.
7.Screening Section: To make sure all the starch are in uniform fineness.
8.Packing Section: To pack the dry starch in bags of 5-5000g/bag or 5-50kg/bag.
The packaging and shipping of profesional yam starch production line :
1.For the whole standard production line,the package of the main machine is nude,but the important parts will packed by woven bags or other materials,the machine will be fixed on the container to keep safe.
2.For the spare parts,we will package in the carton first,then use the wooden case.
3.For single machine,usually is wooden case.
4.If the customer has other special requirement,please tell us before the shippment.
5.Shipping: Ship the goods to the Cilent's Named Port
