1. Product Description of Industrial Potato Peelers:
1) Our potato peeling consists of hard brush rollers and screw, widely used to cassava potatos, carrots , onions and other rootstock products peeling.
2) It has an excellent performance in peeling, the ratio of peeling is up to 85%-90%.
3) It is mainly used for cleansing carrot,white radish, potato, large ginger, kiwi, apple, orange, pear etc., and also it can peel the skin of vegetables and fruits according to the requirements of the customers.
2. Working Principle of Industrial Potato Peelers:
1) The peeling machine is mainly composed by motor, speed changer, 8- 15 porcupine roller.
2) The motor drives the roller to clean and peel the fruit and vegetable.
3) Potato peeling machine rollers are adopted the principle of unidirectional rotary. So that potato peeling machine is energy saving, high capacity, low noise and steady work.
4) The main parts of this machine adopted double bearings, and the chain and chain wheel are durable.
