Trailer body construction and materials
Trailer side panels, front panel & tailgate:
Side panels: 2.5mm checker plate;
Front panel & tailgate: 1.5mm flat steel sheet folded as standard;
Standard box height as per the above table; box height of 300mm, 350mm, 450mm, 600mm are optional.
Trailer floor:
2.5mm thick steel checker plate welded onto chassis;
Trailer mudguards:
2.5mm checker plate as standard;
Trailer front panel is detachable and can be opened downward or swings to the left according to customers’ requests.
Trailer tailgate is detachable and can be opened downwards or swing to the left according to customers’ requests.
Trailer suspension and wheel
Standard 40mm solid square axle; (45mm, 50mm solid square axles are optional.)
Standard number of brakes as per above table. (Electric brakes or hydraulic brakes can be supplied upon customers’ special requirements.)
Standard hand braking system
Standard eye-to-eye leaf springs for single axle tipping trailers.
Tandem springs with rocker roller suspension for double-axle tipping trailers.
Wheels: White powder coated steel rims as standard; All tires are DOT certified.
Trailer details and accessories
Safety chains: hot dipped galvanized, comply with Australian/New Zealand standard, with standard markings
Coupler: Australian standard 50mm ball coupling with Australian standard markings, complies with Australian standard;
1-7/8” ball casting coupling for New Zealand Market;
Jockey Wheel: swing up type jockey wheel with solid wheel
Toolbox: 2.5mm steel checker plate
Trailer electric set-up
LED tail Lights and number plate lights (ADR approved or with E-mark)
7-pin plug: flat or round plugs available for choice
Wire cable: standard 6-core wire cable
12V battery
Tipping controlling device
12V battery controls the hydraulic system for dumping.
We can also supply cages to fit with tipping trailers.
Tipping trailers can be customized as per customers’ requirements.
