Product Introducation
Secondary cleaner is specially designed for continuous-running belt conveyor with poor working conditions. As the second stage in the multistage cleaning system, it can remove the sticky power completely.
Features
1.The anti abrasive, anti-corrosion and hydrolysis - resistant PU scraper causes no damage to the belt, and can prolong the service life of the belt;
2.The alloy scraper is made of carbon tungsten alloy, with high hardness and good abrasion resistance, which ensures longer service life;
3.This type of belt cleaner adopts spring tension device, which can make the scraper press the belt closely when the scraper is worn or belt jumps;
4.Less maintenance: anti-abrasive scraper and self-regulating spring tension device ensure minimum maintenance and lasting trouble-free operation.
5.The proper design of scraper can meet the need of reversible belt conveyors.

Packaging and transportation
1.Packing:
We all take standard export packing cases made of exemption plates that thickness of the composite plates are about the 9mm to 15mm according with the export requirements.Of course,We also can take the wooden cases made of solid wood with fumigation and supply the Inspection Certificate of Fumigation.
2.Freight:
(1)Shipping:We cooperate with good international ship agency to ensure the interests of the buyer that the buyer can receive the goods in time.We usually accept liner shipping so that we should contact duly and co-operate on the freight peak to solve those problems of transportation.If you have any other requirements,Please tell us and consult with it.
(2)Express and Air transport:We also move goods by express and air transport if you really have emergency demand for these goods .But we can’t take the resulting costs and the scale of the goods must be small.
(3)International multimodal transport:The qualified MTO takes the transportation of the goods to make sure to arrive in terminal on time.We use container transport in general with the exception of special circumstances.

1.I have some question about the insurance of goods.
Usually CIF to be effected by the sellers at 110% of invoice value covering Free from Particular Average(F.P.A.) as per China Insurance Clauses(C.I.C) dated 1/1/1981.OF course,if you need other service we also can cover with particular average(w.p.a.) or All Risks with War Risks.
2.How should I pay to my orders?
We support these payments as following:
1.30%T/T deposit +70% sight, confirmed and irrevocable L/C
2.100% sight, confirmed and irrevocable L/C
3.30%T/T +70% after seeing Ocean copy or fax of Bill of Lading
4.Other trusted platform for third-party to pay
