Mold making flow

1: 3D drawing or samples,

2: quote price and give mold sturctures,

3: design mold 3D drawing ,

4: order mold meterials,

5: CNC Program, EDM, High speed CNC, ponishing/texture/ bench work, 

6: Trial the mold, install it in our injection machine, to get the T1 samples,

7: 3D measurement to test the T1 sample's tolerance , appearance,

8: sent T1 samples to client's check, if ok, than ship out the mold, if not ok, than modify the mold, untill got client'c approved.
