Banded V belt ( RA/RB/RC/RD/9J/15J/25J/R3V/R5V/R8V)
Features:
Banded V belt is made up from Classical or Narrow belts with a strong tie band over them.
The connection layer composed by power cord and full elastic rubber, which joints each single V-belt together. It also minimizes the vibrations from the nonuniformity working of single v belts. There is a certain of vertical surface between single belts, which makes full space for the connection layer and the outer peripheral surface of the pulley. It avoids the friction between layer and pulley. And also avoids to tear the layer and can accommodate debris.
The banded belts are vulcanized consistently by the same material. It enables each rib has the same length. With excellent overall load, it makes the belt stress evenly, smooth operation, high capacity, long life, suitable for high-power transmission.
They effectively solve problems such as wobbling,smacking and turning over occured in single belt operation while ensuring equal stress of each belt and a large transsmission load.
