ADI Grinding Ball
1. Superficial hardness: HRC≥60, with good resistance.(the harder for using and working)
2. Impact toughness: Ak 8-10J/cm²(ball mill); Ak≥14(Semi autogenous mill) unbreakable.
3. Breakage rate ≤ 0.5%. (keep this impact toughness for using and working)
4. Regular round shape without deformation during use life.

Specifications
1. The main factors that affecting the ball wear are: abrasive resistance, and the balls granular composition.
2. Taking the annual production of 5 million tons of iron powder as an example, the consuming of "Rongmao" Brand “Austenite-Bainite” Grinding Ball is half time of forging ball, and 2/5 times of low chrome ball.
3. Four signal characteristics: high hardness and good wear resistance, strong toughness and unbreakable, regular outer shape, keeping a round shape without deformation, energy saving and environmental protection.

Rong Mao was founded in 1980s, and it was extended to a professional casting steel enterprise in 2003. For over ten years, it has produced multiple products such as Austempered Ductile Iron (ADI) grinding ball, high-chromium alloy combined hammer, ball mill liner, various models of jaw crusher tooth plate, hammer crusher liner, castor-oil plant section, and all kinds of high manganese steel castings.
