| II. Production Description | |||||||||
| 1-Thermal oil boiler is to use low pressure high temperature hot oil as heat source more safety than steam boiler, also it's convenient and precise for temperature control. 2-Hot oil as heat source saving water, also no need install water treatment equipment. Avoiding the terrible of high quality water of steam boiler. 3-The system of thermal oil boiler is more sample than steam boiler. 4-The position between the burner joint and the coil is sealed with good seal, large flexible space, to increase the service life of burner and enhance the heating efficiency. 5-Triple coil structure is adopted by the boiler with three-pass flue gas, compact design and space-saving. Heating efficiency of the air pre-heater enhance up to 92% or more. 6-Multiple running with safety protection make boiler’s operation more safety and simply. High temperature control precision (± l'C) and good combustion effect. 7-Automatic control functions, to extend the service life of equipment while saving human resources. | |||||||||
