To save time in confirmation of product details and make accurate quotation, please kindly provide reference artwork. And tell us your requirements, including: size, material, thickness, quantity, special quality requests(for example: products need to resist to very high/low temperature, water, moisture, sunlight, etc).

1) How do I place an order and what information will I have to provide when ordering?

Please provide the details :

Material/Size/Printing color/Surface finishing/packing/cut/Design/Applied place/Usage.

If you not sure what is material or surface finishing used,please advice where your label sticker willbe applied to,we can make suggest to you.

2) Do you offer materials finish options ?

Yes,we supply different adhesive paper which could meet your requirement.

e.g.Gloss, Matt, stamping,embossing,Brushed, Clear etc.

3) Can you send me a free sample printed with my design ?

A.Since it's mass production in our printing industry,when we set up our high speed printing machine,there would have plates setup cost,if your job are simple and small quantity, we suggest a JPG proof to you, then we take pictures for your checking before order shipment. 

B.Or we can send some related sample for you,not exact the same with your requirement,but you can check the material,quality and other things you want to know.

4)What is your MOQ?

There is no min. order limit,but different quantity have different price,the quantity is larger the price would be cheaper.

5)What shipping method can i choose? How about the shipping time of each option?

DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX, BY sea, etc. 3 to 5 workdays of express delivery. 10 to 30 workdays by sea.

6) What about the lead time for mass production?

It is up to the quantity. But normally it will take about 6-10 working days,but if it is urgent for you,we can help you to take 3-5 working days.

7) How much for delivery ?

It is up to the weight of the package, we compared the cheapest cost for you.

8)What kind of  payment options you provide?

Wire Transfer,Online payment (Paypal, ESCROW),western union and so on.
