PC10 series OEM silicon piezoresistive core body is the core component of manufacturing 

pressure transmitter and pressure transducer,as a high quality preessure sensitive element,it is convinient to achieve amplifying,be assembled as transmitter which has standard signal output. It's widely used in process control in industries such as petroleum,chemical,metallurgy,electricity,aviation,spaceflight,medical treatment equipments,automobile and HVAC(Heating,Ventilation,Air conditioning).

PC10 Series has diffusive silicon pressure sensitive chip covered with 316L stainless

steel housing,outside press is transmitted through stainless steel diaphragm,inside sealed silicon oil,to the senstitive chip,the sensitive chip does not contact the measured mediwm.With the all soild construction for preesure measurement,this product is applied  to all kinds of fields,include bad corrossive medium enviroment.

PC10 series use fluorine rubber "O'' shaped ring to perform pressure seal,so the installation

is convinient.According customers demands,our company produce pressure transmitter which has special requirements such as welding frame,wide temperature compensation,high reliability,anti-impact and anti-vibration.

Typical Dimensions:

1.While installation a little vaccum oil should be evenly smeared on the surface of "O' ring.

2.Evenly apply force along the cavity axial direction,push the pressure core body into the cavity,pay attention that there is not any damage on ''O''ring.

3.The diaphragm of the pressure core body is the pressure sensitive part,please do not contact it with finger or rigid object during used process.

4.Seal type of the "O"ring is suspension type seal,it is a absolutely erliable static seal type,need not any other seal type,under normal circumstances,it can be used in 40Mpa pressure condition.

5.The pressure is over 25MPa,collar must be used,the seal pressure may attain 400MPa.

6.During addembling small range pressure core body,it is not easy to press tight,this addtional force will make the temperature characteristics of the core body become worse.
