Characteristic Description:

1.For 8P-64P IDC cable press row thread machine replace hand pressure forceps, Crimping efficiency, stable quality and simple operation.

9.Delivery with a Bakelite crimping adjustable block 8 -40P (according to customer requirements for the design and manufacturing)

Instructions:

1.Power switch: ON indicates turn on the crimping cable machine , OFF means turned off.(power supply) 220v/50Hz/60Hz

2.Time relay: digital display large, represents pressed for a long time, whereas small numeric identification pressing short time, according to production needs, choose the time, the general number is 2-3.

3.All terminals placed in the middle of the carriage, front and rear yards mobilize around Aberdeen to locate terminals and cable.

4.After the hand to promote the movable plate, after it hit the micro-switch and after a up and down cylinder trip , then drag out.

Safety Precautions:

1.Before place the terminals and cables.Manual carriage, must be in the outboard.

2.Promote carriage must manually push the carriage on both sides, in order to confirm the stamper would not hurt the hand.

3.In case the machine is not working, please check the time, relay and solenoid valve.

 Under normal operation condition, this contract mechanical is guaranteed by seller for one year non-pay repairmen after the date of shipment. Otherwise, the damages caused for the force majeure or accidents or reasons beyond control, buyer shall pay charges for parts and the parts freight and the technicians. Normalblade wear is not covered under warranty,but we will promise you at least 0.5 million times of cutting per piece of blade.
