The imported materials subject to advanced heat treatment and precision abrasive machining ensure premium quality, high dimensional precision, good abrasion resistance, high toughness and non-bending, non-distortion, resulting in significant increasing of punching life.

PIERCE PUNCHES,PIERCE DIE INSERTS FOR FIN DIES

The punching and flanging punch-die and perforation punch may amount to a precision of 0.003mm,a roundness and coaxiality of 0.002mm,and a bending strength of 4400Mpa.

The material HAP40 is uniform in itself. Further subject to special heat treatment process, it will give the die significantly extended service life, about 20 million shots, more than that of like products made in Japan.

Guide pin SUJ2 Material , Hardness HRC58 and above,Subject to heat treatment and abrasive machining; Contribute to extremely excellent toughness, finish and positioning properties; Of high work precision and grinding resistance. SUJ2 Material , Hardness HRC5 and above,

Guide bushing:SUJ2 Material , Hardness HRC58 and above,After abrasive machining, it can amount to a dimensional precision of 0.005mm and a coaxiality of 0.005mm. A kind of oil-free guide bushing with mosaic structure of MoS2 and copper alloy is available to improve the grinding resistance.

Hardness :HRC58 and above The size and position precision of guide pin and guide bushing shall be kept within 0.003mm.

Particularly for high rigidity guide pin assembly, the arrangement density of steel ball on the retainer shall be 1.7 times more than that of common retainer , so as to increase the contact area of steel ball by 70%
