Date marked pins refers to the shaping text or logo on the plastic products used in the general parts.
Use date marked pins, in addition to ease of molding product quality management and production batch management, but also that the classification of waste product after forming to provide reliable data recovery.
Misumi Standard date marked pins is easy to use, safe and reliable, just with a screwdriver in the sub-surface side rotating inner inserts can quickly complete the work set the date displayed.

How to attach/detach the inside arrow
You can easily attach the inside arrow by manually it as shown in the right fight figure.
(To detach a small diameter type inside arrow, lightly push it out using a screw driver, etc.)
How to mount/unmount the date marked pin
How to mount
Make a reamer hole (H7 tolerance) on the plate, and press-fit the date marked pin using a wood or urethane hammer.
Attention: 1. If the hole is too small, the inside arrow may fail to rotate.
2. Before press-fitting the date marked pin set (PL exchange type) into the die, confirm that the inside arrow is securely set in the outside ring. If the inside arrow is protruding from the outside ring, the date marked –pin set may be broken.
