1.Introduction
Carbon fiber robs can be used to replace or substitute aluminum or steel rod in a wide range of projects. Their superior mechanical properties mean that tubes of the same weight as an aluminum or steel tube can be much stronger and lighter.This tube is manufactured predominantly using high modulus pre-preg carbon fiber oriented to provide maximum strength in the lateral (length-ways) axis ensures that the tube has good crush-strength; ideal for real-world applications.
We supply large series of Carbon Fiber Rods/Tubes ( outer dia. from 1.5mm to 100 mm), square tubes, rectangular tubes, CRP profiles ,etc. Our Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastic (CFRP) products are strong, light,rigid etc. Unit length is also on your request, it could be from several millimeters to more than 30 kilometers (for small Dia rods )
Our pultruded carbon sections offer the ultimate cost-effective carbon solution. Manufactured to high tolerances using either vinlyester or epoxy resins combined with carbon fiber in a continuous process our pultruded profiles offer extremely high strength and stiffness.

Q.How to make them with UV resistant?
A:Adding some UV resistant material.Sometimes,if it is in high demands,we will consider UV painting
